Body Sense™ is the first whole body sculpting workout that combines, guided meditations to enhance performance and reduce stress with high intensity interval training, body sculpting, alignment, strength, breathing and deep stretch techniques all into one class. The system is designed to transform your body, mind and soul in 28 day cycles. Each session is designed to inspire “flow” states that brings your mind into communion with your body. Each class is a three part experience, limited to seven people and is designed to transform your body, focus your mind and calm your soul in 28 day cycles.
1. THE WORKOUT
Transform Your Body
Each class begins with our signature, body sculpting, fat-burning, strength training, HIIT class that will transform your body in 28 day cycles.. All classes focus on excellent form, abs and alignment. The Brace Method has three class formats with three different focuses.
- Strong & Long: Pilates, core and lengthening.
- Box, Build & Butt: Boxing cardio, weight training for sculpting a lean, tight physique and butt.
- Slim, Scorch & Shred: Intense, fat burning, sliming and defining moves.

2. THE MEDITATION
Focus Your Mind
Calm your mind, find peace and harness your brain power with our self-love and performance improving guided meditations. At the end of class, slide on our noise cancelling, silent headphones to enhance your meditation and give you a truly immersive experience.
3. THE REFRESH
Calm Your Soul
Use our cooling eye gel masks during your meditation to revive the senses while reducing puffiness and inflammation. Finish your workout by wiping down with our eucalyptus antioxidant infused towels while you enjoy your choice of a recovery protein shake or a natural appetite suppressing green tea.
Body Sense is designed to transform your body, improve your mindfulness and bring peace to your spirit in 28 day cycles. Take as few or as many classes as you like per week. For the most transformative physical results we recommend taking either four classes per week for four weeks (28 calendar days) or four classes per week for seven weeks (28 workouts.)
BLS is a complete program that takes care of all of your fitness and wellness needs from workouts, to meditation, and nutrition. All classes include guided meditations and breathing exercises designed to reverse the physical effects of stress and the fight or flight response.
Our specially designed, noise cancelling, silent headphones will give you a truly immersive meditation experience.
During your meditation you will have the option of using a cooling eye gel mask to reduce puffiness from inflammation and give you a sense of calm.
